Our goal is to deliver your order in the most timely and cost-effective way possible Australia-wide. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at the checkout. Items will be despatched within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled and payment received.
As soon as you place an order with Melbourne Cosmetics you will receive an order confirmation email. Should you spot any mistakes in relation to your order [for example, an incorrect delivery address] please email us immediately at info@melbournecosmetics.com.au. Once the order has been processed, you will receive another email confirming despatch as well as the relevant details for tracking your delivery.
All orders will be processed within 2 business days [excluding public holidays] of the order being entered into our system.
Should your item(s) not be available for any reason, you will be contacted immediately.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct, as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Prior to despatch of your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Standard delivery times are during business hours Monday to Friday [excluding Public Holidays]. Online purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Depending on your location, delivery will be within 5-10 business days for items In stock for Standard postage, and within 1-3 business days on average for Express Post. Delivery to remote areas may take longer but our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Orders can be collected during business hours from Melbourne Cosmetics by prior appointment only.
Simply select the “Pick up” option at checkout and book a pick up time via our website online bookings. Please follow the instructions on this option at check-out.
When picking up your item(s), you will be required to supply a copy of your order confirmation.
Most orders require a signature upon delivery. Please nominate a delivery address where the item can be delivered and signed for during normal business hours. You can also nominate to have your order delivered to your place of work, PO Box or or other collection point if you prefer.
If there is no one available to receive the order or where the courier cannot complete the delivery due to limited or unsafe access, a delivery note from the courier will be left with further instructions. This will usually be to pick up from an Australia Post Office.
Melbourne Cosmetics will cover the insurance of your purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes [for example as a gift] then you accept that evidence of a signature by them [or at that delivery address] is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Melbourne Cosmetics and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Flexible, secure payment options are available at check-out including credit or debit card, Paypal, Apple & Google Pay, Cash, Direct Bank Transfer and Invoice. Security is managed by each of these individual merchants. Please select your choice and follow the instructions.
